Simple Cooking
1. Place carrots, red bell peppers and onion in food processor.
(Process until desired consistency.)
2. Using a potato masher or fork, mash black beans and chickpeas. (This can also be added to the food processor. It depends on your desired consistency).
3. Using a large spoon, mix all ingredients.
4. Add an egg or another binder to the mixture.
5. Season to please.
6. Add flour, meal OR bread crumbs.
7. Form into patties.
8. Bake or fry until done.
