Decluttering
Decluttering is often a very painstaking task that, for so many of us, can become overwhelming.
For me, decluttering has not been a priority on my list of things to do.
Not because I don't want to do it.
Not because I fail to see the need to do (I REALLY DO KNOW THAT I NEED TO DECLUTTER).
But, it is because I'm not sure how to do it without later feeling ever so guilty thinking that I got rid of something that I will later need. And, since I can be a pack-rat, decluttering is an emotional chore. But, tonight (YEAH!), I have actually packed several outfits that I no longer wear. Tomorrow, those outfits WILL leave my house never to return. I have resolved to rid my closets of excess clutter that has occupied space for way too long. This is a small step, but it is a part of a process.
Just wondering, do you have some things that are cluttering your life?

I had to train myself to declutter at least once a month. Decluttering definitely brings a calmness. If there is clutter around me, everything is out of whack...it drives me crazy.:-) I guess there is an upside to moving alot...you get tired of packing and unpacking, so you learn to get rid of it, lol! Thanks for linking up...have a blessed evening!

DeleteI tend to get cluttered with papers. I know that's more of a tangible things but I've learned to not let other "things" clutter my life. Thank God for that !
