Fresh Persimmon Over Oatmeal

Benefits (WebMd)

Persimmons contain vitamins A and C and many antioxidants.  They also contain the trace mineral manganese which helps the blood to clot.  An average sized persimmon has about 118 calories.  Although persimmons have many benefits, portion control is very important since they are high in sugar.
