Daniel Fast Chronicles #4
On June 21st, I completed the 21 day Daniel Fast!
".....It is finished..."
- I experienced no indigestion after eating beans - interesting observation. Could it be the lack of added sugars, the lack of dairy and meat? --hmm
- I really don’t have to add any sweeteners to my oatmeal. Fresh fruit and raisins are enough.
- During the fast, I did not experience the heaviness that I often feel after eating certain meals.
- I plan to periodically use the Daniel Fast for cleansing.
