Happy Sunday!

1 Timothy 4:7-8

But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness.
For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

  2. That exercise of faith of the spiritual muscles of our heart is difficult in the beginning, but soon becomes natural like breathing!

  3. You're are absolutely right, Mia. Just as we must practice in the natural realm, we must do the same in the spiritual realm.
