I have always enjoyed eating Cream of Wheat. This smooth, creamy hot cereal is not just for breakfast. It can be enjoyed anytime during the day!
Cream of Wheat™ Original Enriched Farina is made with ground wheat, has a smooth texture and is an excellent source of iron and calcium. The traditional cook-on-stove product is prepared by boiling water or milk and slowly pouring in the ground wheat while stirring. Let it simmer while stirring for 2 1/2 minutes after the ground wheat is blended. This product may also be cooked using a microwave oven for faster and easier preparation.
Ingredients: WHEAT FARINA, PARTIALLY DEFATTED WHEAT GERM, DISODIUM PHOSPHATE (FOR QUICK COOKING).

It is so delicious with cinnamon, raisins and Earth Balance (a vegan butter). Sometimes, I eat it with chopped apples or bananas and ground flaxseed. It is delicious anyway you like it!
